I contacted this company on reccomendation, although unsure of what printer i needed, I felt able to ask questions and was not made to feel inadequate. I bought the suggested model,it arrived very quickly and was even given further advice when I misunderstood an instruction. I would ususally use High St store but will continue to use and reccomend Printerland.Well done everyone!
