Ordered a popular make of printer but

Ordered a popular make of printer but Carl rang to check what I wanted and why. We discussed it at length. I ended up changing the printer make and NOT using a network cable (didn't need one for what I wanted to do). The printer arrived the next day and is excellent. This is what customer service should be! I would definitely use these guys again.
