I can only echo the comments of others regarding the customer support and after sales. I ordered an MP3 Player which developed a fault after a couple of months. I returned it (after having being warned that if it wasn't faulty I'd be charged 20% - why would I send it back otherwise?) by special delivery. That was over 3 weeks ago. Steer well clear of this company!

Where do I begin? Firstly, it took two weeks for this to be delivered and as it was a gift, it almost didn't make it in time!
They do not give refunds if the item is faulty, despite it stating that they will on the website, (even though by law this is your right as a consumer) they will only offer an exchange. They also charge you postage to send back faulty ... Read Full Review »

A very good service. Prompt delivery of order. Customer service was excellent. By this I mean... The earphones for the MP3 player were faulty, one quick email later and new ones were despatched. No sending the whole package back, incurring postage in both directions, which would probably cost more than the earphones anyway! A refreshing pragmatic approach. The contact from the merchant was great in keeping me up to date on out of stock items. They were then flexible with my delivery address as it was delivered later then I thought because of stocking problems. BEWARE. Check the returns/exchange policy before you order. I ordered an mp3 player in black. I specified for it not to be red, was sent a pink mp3 player which I then had to pay £1.60 to return. A replcaement player was only sent out after I had paid a further 10% restocking fee + another £1.99 postage(no longer making the mp3 player competitively priced!). You have been warned!!
