Appalling customer services (e-mail only

Appalling customer services (e-mail only - hmm wonder why?!)

Phone was advertised as 'new '- yet had last owners settings still on i.e alarms/ringtones/reminders etc.

Customer services are incapable of stringing an e-mail together -they seem unable to answer questions fully, have poor communications skills - that's if they bother to reply at all,

I rang many times but nobody picked up - on the one occasion that someone did - he was smug, unhelpful and arrogant.

I am still waiting for my refund -

heed my words - LEAVE WELL ALONE AND BUY A PHONE FROM ANOTHER COMPANY.

p.s. just read their small print and returns policy and read between the lines
