I ordered a TomTom One V4 with traffic

I ordered a TomTom One V4 with traffic receiver. I Received the TomTom but without the Receiver. Customer services are only available via e-mail and are not prompt at getting back. They say they will contact the supplier to send the Receiver but have heard nothing since. It has been a week since the original delivery and I am making a long journey tuesday so the receiver would have been useful. I am sure they are fine if they deliver the correct item but BEWARE if not.
