I can only echo the comments of others

I can only echo the comments of others regarding the customer support and after sales. I ordered an MP3 Player which developed a fault after a couple of months. I returned it (after having being warned that if it wasn't faulty I'd be charged 20% - why would I send it back otherwise?) by special delivery. That was over 3 weeks ago. What's happening in the meantime? Anybody's guess. There's no telephone support for "support" and they don't answer your e-mails either. Sales and ordering is straightforward enough, but poor product performance and shoddy after sales are a bad combination. Their awareness of consumer rights under the Sale of Goods Act (judging by the comments of others) is clearly either shaky or of no importance to them.
