Steer well clear of this company!

Where do I begin? Firstly, it took two weeks for this to be delivered and as it was a gift, it almost didn't make it in time!
They do not give refunds if the item is faulty, despite it stating that they will on the website, (even though by law this is your right as a consumer) they will only offer an exchange. They also charge you postage to send back faulty items (what a joke!) It doesn't end there - they then charge a 're-stocking' fee if you want an exchange - this is apx 20%. This is apparently to cover, and I quote, 'the cost of postage packing and reselling the item'. They charge you the postage anyway and I'm sure it doesn't cost them anything to resell it, infact they make more money! This is basically money for nothing - they just re-sell it and rake in some more naive person's cash.

The customer service leaves a lot to be desired as well - they are extremely rude and unhelpful. There is only one person you can speak to and he just tells you he can't help and that you have to speak to another department, conveniently only contactable via email. This is certainly a company that does not embrace the 'customer is always right' policy - they will argue to the bitter end and even throw insults your way!

If, despite this negative review you still intend to buy a product from this company, ensure you read the returns policy, or more specifically the 'conditions of use' on their website - this is where all the small print is contained - very important!!

Deal with this company at your peril!!
