A very good service. Prompt delivery of order. Customer service was excellent. By this I mean... The earphones for the MP3 player were faulty, one quick email later and new ones were despatched. No sending the whole package back, incurring postage in both directions, which would probably cost more than the earphones anyway! A refreshing pragmatic approach. No hesitation in recomending this merchant.
