    very good service. ordered on Friday at 2.30 pm and parcel arrived as promised on Monday morning. it was extremely pleasant to talk to real people on the phone who were not only very courteous but also knowledgeable about the products being sold, a rare thing these days.     I have no reservations in recommending this online store.The service was excellent, I emailed my order late on Monday afternoon and the camera arrived on Thursday morning.Although not the cheapest,for the few extra pounds,I believe the standard of service to be second to none.

    Product description very detailed. Delivery service was next day as promised and free. Camcorder and accessories were well wrapped.     Discovered Equipment Express in a Kelkoo search for Canon Powershot S3IS at about 1pm Monday.
    Read the reviews and liked what I saw. The offer was not the cheapest but appeared to be the best value.
    Ordered at 2pm. A couple of hours later a charming lady phoned to confirm that the order would be delivered next day. Camera arrived well packed and exactly as described at 9 a.m. next day.
