Excellent store and service. Slight misunderstanding with package contents but store was extremely helpful in sorting it out. Product was very well priced, well packed and delivered quickly.

I can recommend 'Equipment Express' for excellent customer care, prompt delivery and a good deal, and would use them again. I am pleased with their service and the camera. I would recommend providing your preferred delivery time when ordering. very good service. ordered on Friday at 2.30 pm and parcel arrived as promised on Monday morning. it was extremely pleasant to talk to real people on the phone who were not only very courteous but also knowledgeable about the products being sold, a rare thing these days. After I discovered that at another company the camera was out of stock (not shown on wedsite). I phoned Equipment Express who informed me that over the weekend they too had run out of stock on this item but had reordered.
