Ordered Samsung DSLR in the afternoon and it was delivered ( with free accessories pack ) the next day...can't really get better than that. Price was about the best I could find, £100 better than Amazon etc. for a better package. I will be doing business with this store again. Read Full Review »

The camera ordered arrived very promptly and in good order. ALL of the advertised 'free extras' with the package however have not been delivered. The extras (Olympus gadget bag, bean bag, etc.) are apparently 'out of stock' thus I will have to wait and see if they ever get delivered. Read Full Review »

We apologise unreservedly for this situation .When we placed the order
for the E400 camera from Olympus UK ,we were offered the kits and we
chose to give them to our customers free of charge. It has taken a
totally unacceptable length of time for Olympus to supply them .We have
chased these kits on almost a daily basis.
They will be deivered to us within the next few days and we will
despatch them to all customers that are waiting for them .

Tried many other stores when ordering a new Samsung DSLR. All were either too expensive or out of stock.
Located Equipment Express, ordered extremely competitively priced equipment online and received an e-mail stating date of delivery, courier etc. Goods were delivered as promised and on time. All this was achieved within two working days. Impressive. Highly recommended! Read Full Review »

I am always a little wary of shopping

I am always a little wary of shopping online with someone for the first time, but I saw lots of positive reviews for this company and so I ordered a camera on 29/03/07 (Thursday evening).
I shortly afterwards received order confirmation, followed the next day by delivery details.
I phoned them to just confirm delivery, (and to convince myself that I was not being scammed)
