    After waiting for my order and being let down by the BT Online Shop (lied to me/their customers about being in stock and delivery/timings, plus appalling customer service), I shopped around as I now needed my camera and kit urgently. They contacted me the morning after I made an order for a camera (placed the night before) to let me know that i had given them incorrect information, we then corrected this and they made every effort to get the camera to me before I went away on holiday.
