After waiting for my order and being let down by the BT Online Shop (lied to me/their customers about being in stock and delivery/timings, plus appalling customer service), I shopped around as I now needed my camera and kit urgently. Everywhere I tried was sold out of the items I wanted, plus I wasn't impressed with their professionalism/customer service.

They contacted me the morning after I made an order for a camera (placed the night before) to let me know that i had given them incorrect information, we then corrected this and they made every effort to get the camera to me before I went away on holiday. This store was a joy to order from. Placed order at 13:40 on the Friday and was called within half an hour to confirm all items in stock and would be despatched right away. I had asked for a Saturday delivery which incurred a nominal surcharge which was explained then and there.
