The camera ordered arrived very promptly

The camera ordered arrived very promptly and in good order. ALL of the advertised 'free extras' with the package however have not been delivered. The extras (Olympus gadget bag, bean bag, etc.) are apparently 'out of stock' thus I will have to wait and see if they ever get delivered.

We apologise unreservedly for this situation .When we placed the order
for the E400 camera from Olympus UK ,we were offered the kits and we
chose to give them to our customers free of charge. It has taken a
totally unacceptable length of time for Olympus to supply them .We have
chased these kits on almost a daily basis.
They will be deivered to us within the next few days and we will
despatch them to all customers that are waiting for them .
