My questions about the product, and other products I was interested in, were all answered promptly by email, and over the phone I was given time to ask all the questions I wanted without feeling rushed. Ordering on line was very straightforward and the item arrived the next day, by carrier, well protected with the camera and all the extras I had ordered correctly in the parcel. An excellent experience and I shall recommend Equipment Express to others as an online site.
