Phoned the shop 1:30 Wednesday lunch

Phoned the shop 1:30 Wednesday lunch time. Spoke to a real person who had good product knowledge, call lasted about 7 minutes. Camera arrived 10 oclock the following morning.

Some reviewers have said that they are slightly dearer than other stores - I found that when I added the accessories I needed - a spare battery, a memory card and a case - they were still slightly cheaper than the others, and you don't pay for delivery.

Also, there was no problem in having the parcel delivered to a work address - something which seems to cause problems for some mail order companies.
