We decided to use Equipment Express on the basis of the very positive comments left on this site. And we totally agree with everything others have said - although not the cheapest vendor, we did get a free Hama camera case and a desktop tripod. What particularly impressed me was that the company evidently read our note asking for delivery on a particular day (so often larger companies have ignored that), and it was duly delivered on that day.

We did have a problem with connecting the camera to the PC, and I mentioned this to Equipment Express (having already contacted Canon). We received a response within 24 hours. Highly recommended
