At the time I bought my camera (9 months ago) Equpment Express were one of the best on price and added in some useful extras free (like a 2yr guarantee). When I had problems with Konica Minolta's service department EE stepped in a number of times and got things moving for me when it seemed KM were not bothered. I ended up with a replacement camera, which I don't think would have happened without their help.

I have been very pleased and impressed with the excellent customer care and fast response when I needed it.
