    A large product catalogue meant that the goods I needed were available and in stock - and at a price that couldn t be beaten anywhere else on the net.

    It would have been nicer to have informed me that the purchase that I had made was not in stock. I am still waiting after over a week for part of the order which should have been in stock 2 days ago.
    Had I have known, I would have made my purchase elsewhere.
    I did not find out until I contacted w2w. Their reply was very quick and explained the problem with the supplier though.
