    Not informed that product out of stock at time of order.
    Nothing heard from w2w. Went onto w2w website. Found item out of stock.
    Emailed to ask how long order would be. Email bounced back - not reply. Unable to contact w2w via email.
    Still no item received despite paying for it.

    Items were "in stock" when ordered but on checking the status the following day they were on "back order". One week wait for first item, delivered quickly but still awaiting second (now 10 days since ordered). Excellent prices and free delivery but feel the website should be upfront about items being in stock at time of ordering. Read Full Review »

    I ordered some inkjet cartridges from the site. I was not told prior to ordering that the product was out of stock and that delivery would have to wait for a back order. I got an email saying this after paying and ordering. So I cancelled the order. I bought on price not quality of service.
