Order was acknowledged as placed on 1st August. No delivery by 14 August. Checked status to see it is "on back order". No indication of if or when order will be filled. Why wasn t this also notified at time of placing order? Customer service has 0870 number. No reply when called, asked to call again. Unsatisfactory. Read Full Review »

Very easy buying experience however it did take a little while for the delivery to be processed. I chose the standard devivery option which Royal Mail delivered the day after it was posted, it just took several days to process from the date ordered. Read Full Review »

Ordered the product and money was taken immediately,almost two full weeks later product arrived. No emails from merchant to inform me of any delays in despatch, which would have been appreciated. I did find their website easy to use & there was an online order tracker, which was the only way I knew that my order was being processed.
