well not too impressed as item was needed urgently but two weeks later I find out it s out of stock - not even an e-mail to inform me, had to log on to track the item and not even given money back or option to cancel. As i needed this item urgently, not at all impressed- they should be able to tell if something is in stock at the point of sale!!! Read Full Review »

Ordered an item that was in stock and when checked order status couple of days later it was saying back order . No email notification - nothing. Checked the website and they were still selling the item, even though they didn t have it in stock but no message was displayed about delay on the product page.
