There was a delay in delivering due to running out of stock, but its a very good product at a competative price so the demant will be great.
On their web site I could track the progress of the order which was reasuring.

Does not communicate. Does not inform item out of stock. Effectively hopes the customer will wait patiently till goods become available or that the customer will simply quietly go away. Totally arrogant as to customer s right to be informed about his/her purchase. Still have not received the goods. Have had to telephone to find out about the fate of the order. w2w had a very good price on the article I wanted.

The website said it was in stock and when it hadn t arrived in a few days I phoned only to discover it was actually out of stock.

I checked my credit card and discovered it had been already been debited by w2w which I didn t appreciate.
