I had given up W2W a couple of years ago because of inaccurate stock levels and unavailability of goods.

However, not only do w2w have really good prices, but also a choice of delivery from Guernsey in 3-5 days VAT free, or 1st class from UK at a higher price including VAT. My order was processed promptly and despatched next morning (Monday) arriving Friday.

i ordered a product 12days ago and am still yet to receive it. i e-mailed them after 7 days asking where it was and they replied saying it was out of stock. they did not inform me of this at any stage and if i had not contacted them with my query, i still probably would not know. Ordered headphones, got e-mail to say my order had been processed, then received no further communication. When I logged in 11 days later to check the status of my order I saw that there were no headphones in stock, and there was no indication of when they would arrive. After checking order history steps it came up as order cancelled but I had not received any notification, but w2w.com still insist the order will be delivered but was currently out of stock, money was taken out of my account quickly enough though, would not recommend to anyone and will not be using them again.
