In the past w2w has provided good

In the past w2w has provided good service and value for money.

For the recent order, first my online account disappeared when I placed the order ("changes to our website, please re-register") then they sent an incorrect item and refused to take it back or compromise in any way because it had been opened. My sin was failing to notice one digit difference on the packaging.

Needless to say, they have lost a customer for good.
