I ve rated the ease of ordering as fair

I ve rated the ease of ordering as fair because until you ve actually ordered something you don t know if it s in stock or not. Also, your credit card is charged as soon as the order is accepted rather than when it s about to be shipped. So in my case I was charged on 8 November but the item wasn t in stock on the 18 November, although it was despatched on the same day.
