I made an order for some lightscribe

I made an order for some lightscribe CDRs from W2W. They weren t listed as out of stock on their website, so I went ahead and ordered them and paid for them using my debit card. Only after I had done this did I receive a notification telling me that the product was out of stock.
I then sent them an email asking when I could expect it to be in stock once again. 5 days later I receive a reply, addressed to the wrong name completely, telling me that they don t know. As of yet I still do not have my order, a week and half after I initially placed it. I am doubtful as to whether I would do business with this company again.
