Ordered and was not advised that the items were not in stock. At the time or subsequently.
Went online to check the status of the order - "backorder" no forcast delivery date.
Telephoned - Promised for Monday dispatch
Checked Monday evening online - still showing "backorder"
Then this survey arrives - I have not had the goods yet - jumped the gun a bit on the dispatch of the survey!
