Ordered two items - one arrived within

Ordered two items - one arrived within the week, other didn t. No Explanation. Have emailed twice - no reply. On checking my account via their web page, it sys on back order...for 5 weeks now! Said in stock when I ordered - or I wouldn t have bothered. WOn t bother again!
