Ordered headphones, got e-mail to say my

Ordered headphones, got e-mail to say my order had been processed, then received no further communication. When I logged in 11 days later to check the status of my order I saw that there were no headphones in stock, and there was no indication of when they would arrive. They are still advertised on the website with no indication that they are out of stock.
