Does not communicate. Does not inform item out of stock. Effectively hopes the customer will wait patiently till goods become available or that the customer will simply quietly go away. Totally arrogant as to customer s right to be informed about his/her purchase. Still have not received the goods. Have had to telephone to find out about the fate of the order. Apparently the goods would come into stock w/c 22/09/08. Will not use again.
