well not too impressed as item was

well not too impressed as item was needed urgently but two weeks later I find out it s out of stock - not even an e-mail to inform me, had to log on to track the item and not even given money back or option to cancel. As i needed this item urgently, not at all impressed- they should be able to tell if something is in stock at the point of sale!!!
