Ordered the product and money was taken

Ordered the product and money was taken immediately,almost two full weeks later product arrived. No emails from merchant to inform me of any delays in despatch, which would have been appreciated. I did find their website easy to use & there was an online order tracker, which was the only way I knew that my order was being processed.
Product was exactly as advertised and in good condition when received.
