Order was acknowledged as placed on 1st August. No delivery by 14 August. Checked status to see it is "on back order". No indication of if or when order will be filled. Why wasn t this also notified at time of placing order? Customer service has 0870 number. No reply when called, asked to call again. Unsatisfactory.
