the company claimed to have the product

the company claimed to have the product i ordered in stock and charged my credit card for the item but over a week later, I still have not received the item as, according to the website, it is out of stock. I m disgusted that I ve had to pay for an item they didn t even have, and that I was not made aware of its unavailability by email - i had to check my account details myself to find out what had happened.
