The website is reasonably easy to use.

The website is reasonably easy to use. My order was acknowledged quickly by email with details of how I could make contact with the merchant. However, after about 8 days I checked on their website to see what had happened to my purchase and it is shown as a back order (not in stock - will be despatched when it is). I was not specifically told this after placing the order and have received no notification since. Fortunately I do not require the item urgently, so will wait, but could not in all conscience recommend them to anyone.
