Ordered my appliance on 27/12/07. The money left my account on 29/12/07. I called customer services on 08/01/08, 11/01/08 and AGAIN on 14/01/08. Each time I was promised someone would call me back with info on what was happened with my order. Ordered a Bissell Carpet Shampooer

Ordered a Bissell Carpet Shampooer because it said they could deliver the next working days plus got 3 bottles of cleaning fluid for £24.99. They delivered the fliud but no shampooer. Ordered (ice cream machine) monday afternoon from very helpful, cheerful & polite phone person, deliverd tuesday morning (same week!!!) before 10am - fantastic!
I don't know if the ice cream maker is any good yet as you have to leave it 24 hours to settle but I am so impressed by delivery etc that I thought I must give Barmey a good review on their service alone. Read Full Review »

We ordered a Sebo X4 Extra Vacuum

We ordered a Sebo X4 Extra Vacuum Cleaner at about 2pm and it arrived at 9.30am next day. Very good service. And the Sebo is simply the best upright cleaner we've had, so glad to get it. The old yellow and grey one finally stopped working it was rubbish glad to be rid of it.

Bought this unit as we have 2 kitten

Bought this unit as we have 2 kitten (one longhaired) and carpet throughout the house. As soon as it got delivered we used it straight away. It takes some time to assemble and you get wet knees an feet while cleaning, but the result is fantastic! Cleaning the unit after usage takes about 20 minutes.
