Finding the product was easy and the price, with a free extended guarantee, was very competitive. Ordering was simple however the order update page did not appear to change straight away as different stages of the order process were reached. Delivery was notified via a phone call and the TV arrived on the due date. From ordering to having the TV delivered took four days, which was excellent. Read Full Review »

The site promised next day delivery - this was missed but only by one day. Pity there is no order tracking facility on the website, nor message sent when order has been despatched. The phone enquiry service was however very good when I needed to query non-delivery. The item had been delivered to my neighbour as I was out, but no note was posted to me to tell me this. I ordered a Sony Hard Drive/DVD recorder on the Monday evening, via the website.
The next day I checked my order status on the website and saw that it had been dispatched by courier for delivery the next day.
As promised item arrived next day, exactly as ordered.
