STILL WAITING!! Ordered a Sony DVD Recorder - said to be in stock with next day delivery. Reviewed their on-line order order status and could see order had been completed (money taken!). Waited in next day - nothing. Checked on-line status again, no update so emailed them for a delivery update. No response 48 hours and still waiting. I put my order in on a Sunday so it

I put my order in on a Sunday so it could not be processed
until Monday,I recieved a phone call on Wednesday to say
delivery would be between 10am-6pm on Thursday and true to their word it was delivered at 12.45pm. What a great service

When placing an online order the item was in stock, however I had to phone Digico 5 working days later (as they don't open at weekends!) only to find they had "oversold the item". I was promised the item would be with me in 2-3 days time and someone would call me with a delivery date. Noone called so I called them back, this time I was told "it's the manufacturers fault th...
