Since then I have telephoned on 2 occasions to try and establish a delivery date, without sucess, so that I can arrange to be at home to receive item.

Digico emailed me to say they had received my order on 2 January and said it would be delivered in about a week, but it never came until 25 February (almost 2 months). I think the fault for the late delivery was Sony s, so I can t really blame Digico. The Sony 40W4000 I ordered is beautiful, no complaints with the product. Digico on the other hand were difficult.

Although their site showed the product as In stock , it wasn t. The anticipated 3-working days from order to delivery, took a month - with constant phone calls and chasing from me.
