    My order was accepted although Digico had no stock. There was no stock availablity info at time of ordering. At no time did they update me, I had to chase them every step of the way. Goods finally arrived after 7 weeks and many phone calls. They don t seem to have any concept of customer care or order tracking. Read Full Review »

    Ordered upright vacuum cleaner. Immediate notification "Order being processed". No goods received after four days. Telephone them and product out of stock, would be available in 2-3 weeks! Offered another at same price, but could find no such product on the internet! Telephoned back and requested refund. After three more calls it has taken almost 3 weeks for refund to be applied back to my card!

    I ordered this item on the 1st of May, but as of the 7th, it hasn t come yet. Also, there isn t an informative way, on the website, of tracking ones order. When I checked today, it just said "order received and processed", or some other non-informative standard notice. Further, there isn t a 0800 telephone line to check my delivery, only a cost efficient line for the merchant. Read Full Review »

    Easy ordering and email was sent to advise me of delivery,no hanging about for days on end in case I missed the delivery.Ordered Friday and it was delivered the following Wednesday.Considering there was a Bank Hol. weekend in between this was pretty good.I can t comment on Customer care as I have only just recieved goods.
