I didnt receive goods ordered. Was not contacted about alternatives , there was no customer services , when I eventually cancelled the order ( Over a month ago) I have still not had the money recredited to my account. Sales service pathetic.
Funance did not contact me on 3 occasions, I was offered a partial refund !!!! Read Full Review »

Ordered product, awaited due delivery, nothing came. Phoned customer services who said they were out of stock, delivery would now be the following week. I have just called again to be told you are still out of stock and it may be yet another week before delivery, Have cancelled order, will not be recomending this site!!

The only issue I have is that I order a white toshiba LCD Tv, no information was given on their web site as to delivery time.I needed to ring them only to find out that the TV I ordered was not in stock but was offered the same but in different colour once we finally agreed that this would acceptable this was dispatched within 24 hours. My order was accepted although Digico had no stock. There was no stock availablity info at time of ordering. At no time did they update me, I had to chase them every step of the way. Goods finally arrived after 7 weeks and many phone calls. They don t seem to have any concept of customer care or order tracking. Read Full Review »
