    with a reference number in case of any queeries.
    I received no further advices from Digico as to date and time of delivery and this is why I only rated them fair on customer care. However my machine arrived two and a half working days later in good condition.

I then received an e-mail asking me to telephone their office, which I did the following day.     In view of some comments about items not being available I telephoned to confirm availability before ordering on line. The item was available and I was promised delivery in two days time. It arrived, as promised, in good condition and on the correct day.
