    Excellent company to order from, best deal around on item I purchased and give exactly what they promised. As soon as purchase went through I was given a number to track my order via their web-site. Delivery within 5 working days and a phone call day before to confirm.     Too easy to order. Items advertised on internet as in stock are not necessarily in stock! Wait ages on phone, listening to music. 0870 number means you can t phone free. When you eventually get through, the person you need to speak to is on their break . Item not dispatched although money was taken from credit card on day of ordering. Still waiting for refund. On Wed17th contacted store to find why no delivery, told temp out of stock but would be delivered on Mon22th. No delivery that week, so contacted store on Sat27th.     Absolutely useless sums this store up.
    I placed an order 3 weeks ago, and was told that the item was in stock at the time. My money was taken straight away and guess what? .. I'm still waiting for my order.
