    Has taken 2 months to establish they cannot deliver the product despite repeated promises that it would be next week-NEXT WEEK ETC ETC .For a product that was instock when ordered.Finally has taken 3 weeks to obtain a credit for goods of £310.Despite repeated calls to their premium rate telephone number to chase both delivery and credit .

    The major problem I had was with the technology between them and Barclays Bank, this had failed. With out phoning up one did not know if the order had been accepted and in the early stages of this fault neither did they and more so they could not take phone in orders.
