    I am sure living close to the merchant helped but the service was incredible. The order was placed at 21H30 and by 10h00 the next morning I had already been called to tell me that my order had been dispatched. By 14H00 I was holding my purchase in my hand.     The site could be more explicit about Order lead times and the order tracking facility appears to be an automated response that was never updated. It required 2 emails to gain a response.
