ORDERED 32 INCH PANASONIC TX32 LCD ON 15/07/07 AND RECEIVED PHONE CALL AND TWO EMAILS TELLING ME THAT LCD TV WOULD ARRIVE ON 21/07/07 AND IT DID.
GOT 2 YEARS WARRANTY INSTEAD OF STANDARD 1 YEAR AND AT A GREAT PRICE BECAUSE A FRIEND BOUGHT THE SAME TV BUT AT £300 MORE.
VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE BUT THE WEBSITE COULD BE BETTER COLOURFUL LAYOUT WITH MORE TECHNICAL INFORMATION.

Shocking service!!

Ordered and promised next day delivery.
The order stayed in "order processing" for over a week until I phoned up and discovered that it was out of stock.

After being told twice that the order was due in tomorrow I eventually discovered that it was actually not coming in for over a week.

Rubbish service and information!
