    very very good service. at this time of year they must be busy but they still made suyre the service was flawless, notifed 24hours prior to delivery, my item arrived in tip top condition and i am over the moon with the price.

    The ordering process seemed straightforward, confirmation email to say my order was being processed. However, goods failed to arrive after the expected delivery. Checking the order status showed a failed order, email sent with order details but still no delivery, despite Visa being debited the day the order was placed.     Compant did not tell me my credit card had been apparently declined, despite the original payment going through successfully acording to their web site. At no stage did they advise me that there was a problem, did not email or phone me of a problem.
