When I placed the order, I immediately

When I placed the order, I immediately received an e-mail thanking me for the order and that was the last I have heard of them. I had to make several phone calls just to be sent from one person to the other after which they informed me that the item ordered is not in stock and they will reverse the payment. Now this is exactly 29 days after the money was paid and I have not received a call back, or an e-mail, or my money - after promises. Obviously not happy and will take this further until the money is back in my account. What irritated me the most is that they did not even have the decency to send me an e-mail or call me back, when they realised they had a problem.
