Ordered product, awaited due delivery,

Ordered product, awaited due delivery, nothing came. Phoned customer services who said they were out of stock, delivery would now be the following week. I have just called again to be told you are still out of stock and it may be yet another week before delivery, Have cancelled order, will not be recomending this site!!

May have been an idea to e-mail me with updates, not make me phone twice, not good service during a market downturn.
