I ordered this item on the 1st of May,

I ordered this item on the 1st of May, but as of the 7th, it hasn t come yet. Also, there isn t an informative way, on the website, of tracking ones order. When I checked today, it just said "order received and processed", or some other non-informative standard notice. Further, there isn t a 0800 telephone line to check my delivery, only a cost efficient line for the merchant.
